Should we fall short in delivering service that does not meet our discerning high standards, please do not hesitate to contact us. We value your honest feedback and take all feedback, both negative and positive, seriously in order to improve our procedures and policies.

SKNBS Simplified Customer Complaint Procedure

1) You may file a complaint via our website, by calling our office at 467-1498 to have a form emailed to you, or by visiting the SKNBS to collect a form or to speak with someone about your situation.

2) You may also download our complaint form and drop it at our office. Download form by clicking the link below.

3) All complaints will be filed.

4) All clients are encouraged to complete the complaint form to ensure that your complaint is recorded with relevant details for resolution.

5) Your complaint will be promptly forwarded to the relevant department for resolution.

6) A staff member will be assigned to review and investigate your complaint. This person will be your point of contact.

7) You will be contacted about the status of your complaint and given an estimated time for the resolution of your complaint.

8) You may be contacted during the investigation phase to provide further information or to clarify details of your complaint.

9) The quality manager of the SKNBS oversees the complaint process to ensure that your complaint is dealt with fairly and impartially as outlined in our procedure.

Resolutions

1) We will make every effort to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

2) If we are unable to resolve your complaint on the spot or within three (3) business days, we will notify you of the reasons and give you a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

3) A final report response will be sent to you within four (4) weeks of your complaint. If the SKNBS is unable to complete your report response within this timeframe we will notify you and identify an alternative timeframe.
