The St. Kitts and Nevis Bureau of Standards (SKNBS) informs the public that the World Trade Organization (WTO) has circulated a notification under the Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) concerning the National Bureau of Standards (Packaged Water) Regulations 2022.
These regulations set requirements for the purity, treatment, bacteriological acceptability, packaging and labelling of all water that is pre-packaged for sale and used as a beverage or in foods.
